Return and Exchange Policies

Walliv offers 14 days returns and exchange policy.  If you’re not happy with a product, don’t cop a strop, just send it back – we promise we won’t kick up a fuss!

First and foremost, we want happy, satisfied customers! We understand that from time to time you may wish to return or exchange a product to us. No matter the reason you just may want to exchange your wall art product for a different one or receive full refund or store credit.  We understand and have made the Return Process easy for you:)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Walliv, you can return your product(s) for Full Store Credit, Full Refund or Exchange within 14 days of purchase. A purchase is only eligible for one exchange. Returns/Exchanges must be unused and in the condition you received them in. Please be sure that the item you are returning has not been used or tampered with. Customer is responsible for paying collection / delivery fees AED 50 within UAE on products that are send back to us for return/exchange. The amount varies depending on other countries. The refund will be granted in the same form of payment and currency as the purchase.

DISCLAIMER: Walliv is not responsible for misapplication, substrate adhering issues or damages caused during installation. If you are not comfortable installing, we recommend hiring a professional painter or wallpaper hanger that is familiar with wall decals and stickers. check the installation nstructions page.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of damage or defect within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods , the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
 

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Walliv for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product. 

Walliv responsible for paying collection / delivery fees if we found out that the item is damged / defective, otherwise customer is responsible for paying collection / delivery fees AED 50 within UAE on products that are send back to us for return/exchange. 

 

How to return / exchange products

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer care team at support@walliv.com or call our customer care +971 4 361 8533 and our team will take care of your request.
 

Products which cannot be returned or exchanged

Any customized product, orders used discount/groupon vouchers, products made to your specification or personalized or adapted for you like canvas prints and collage prints, gift vouchers and any purchase labeled as "Final Sale" on our site are not eligible for returns or exchanged.

Store Credit 

Pay with store credit by logging into your account during checkout. Your available balance will display in your account and in the shopping cart.

Product Liability

Our vinyl wall sticker art decals stick to most smooth and flat surfaces including painted drywall, glass, and mirror. We cannot guarantee that our sticker art decals will stick to surfaces that are highly textured or painted with certain water based (porous) paints and/or flat matte finishes. User discrection is advised.

Damaged Products

It happens... In the event that the customer damages a portion of their sticker decal during installation, we will replace the damaged portion at a 50% discount and the customer will be responsible for paying collection / delivery fees AED 50  within UAE.


Cancellation Policy

-Standard Processing orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
-Rush Processing orders and orders placed with expedited shipping cannot be canceled, as they are immediately entered into our production system for manufacturing.
-All cancellations must be authorized by a walliv representative.
